This is for the Village Cleaners on HWY 17... WARING WARING WARING!!!! This place by be the most dishonest dry cleaners in town. I am new to the area after recently being married and took my wedding dress to this dry cleaners. The lady at the register said that she did not know how much it would be because every dress is different but she would call me in the next day and let me know. She called me back the following day and said that the dress would be 175.00. I told her that was fine because I had a 25% off coupon. I went to pick up my dress today and my total was 175 plus tax. I told her that I had the 25 percent coupon and she said to hold on and she needed to ask if it was ok if I used it. She then talked to a lady named ERIN who said ""No, that price includes the 25% off."" I asked her how that was possible because on the phone they said the original price was 175.00 and she said that was the quote with the 25% off. I told her that she gave me that price before I told her about the coupon and she said no and started yelling saying ""What are you trying to do! Get 50% off!!!"" I was over the yelling so I told her that I would pay for it but she is making up prices. She said, ""Your original price was 250!!!! We already took off 25%. Do you want me to ring it back up as 250 and then you can take off your coupon!"" I paid and left. However, if the original price was 250 and they took of 25% then my my total bill would of been 187.50 not 175!!!! Even the math on what she said does not add up.
