Hello girls, Let me start by saying I will never do business with Roxanne's again. First we were pushed to order our bridesmaid dresses so they could be here around Thanksgiving, in time for the wedding at the end of December, which was not a problem. They only have one dress in one size to try on and I definietly wasn't that one size. I am a full figured girl so I didnt even bother trying, so there fore I was measured. Needless to say I ended up with a size 22.....not my size and my wedding dresses were only a size 14. I ordered my dress and paid for it and was told it would be here before thanksgiving. I waited until December 2 to pick it up, got to the shop and NO DRESS!!!!!!! Talked to the bride and informed her of the situation. The bride wasn't happy either. The lady at the desk called and checked on the dresses and they had just be shipeed out on Dec 1. Needless to say I received the dress and I tried it on in the store and guess what????? IT WAS HUGE AND FELL OFF OF ME!!!!. Not one person in the store ask me when I came out how it fit or even offered alterations, not that I would have them done there. So I have now paid $215 plue another $40 for a larger size that is extremely too big. I went to a couple of alterations places and the best price on my alterations is $100. Needless to say due to their incompitence in ordering in a timely manner and inabilities to accurately measure I have over paid for a dresss and have to spend much more to get it to fit me.
