Review content:
Upon checking in the owner quickly informed us that my daughter and niece would not be able to do what we had scheduled because the 4pm appointment that she had offered me did not allow enough time. Apparently she was much more concerned with getting out by 5pm than giving a customer what I had already paid for. Maybe this would not have been so bad if I was not met with such an insufferable attitude, claiming that she has so many customers that she doesn t need us. This woman s reaction was that of a guilty person. I believe she scheduled my appointment wrong and instead of admitting it or calling to reschedule she tried her best to blame the customer. Clearly she has no business sense because she just lost two paying customers. I was looking forward to taking my daughter back over and over again... that will never happen. Not to mention, these girls had been looking forward to this for weeks and she didn t care in the slightest about their feelings or the fact that she was arguing in front of the girls, her staff, and other customers. We took the girls to the mall where they got a REAL pedicure for slightly more. The workers squeezed us in, were friendly and did a fabulous job on their nails. The big diva at Little Divas thinks she is the only game in town, but I d prefer a traditional saloon over her any day. Erie is a small town and I plan on spreading the word.
