Review content:
This is the most RUDE Business that I have EVER dealt with!!! They did not have enough knowledge to provide correct usage of the products they sell. THEY INFLATE PRICES BY 200%. Used profanity, screamed on the phone, said ""Go to Hell"" and slammed the phone in face!!!!! DO NOT PURCHASE anything from this Company!!!!!! They have changed business names three times....obviously due to customer problems! THEY ARE STEALING FROM CUSTOMERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Pest Express refuses to make right on the purchase, refuses to provide the adequate information when requested on usage and refuses to accept returns. This was the most HORRIFIC example of customer service I have ever experienced!!!!!!!!!!!! Complaints are being filed with the Better Business Bureau, the Chamber of Commerce, the EPA and multiple others!
