Unfortunately, I did not have opportunity to actually taste food from this restaurant. Instead, I was left with a very sour ""taste"" in my mouth simply from the lack of customer service. My wife and I had purchased a gift certificate online for this restaurant. We were excited for a night out, and invited our parents to join us. When we got to the restaurant there was a sign on the outside of the door stating that they were not accepting gift certificates from that source. My wife called them to find out why they had posted the sign, and they informed her that they were not able to make enough money if people used those certificates. To which my wife said, ""Oh, so somebody else signed you up for this website where they sell your certificates?"" Their response was ""No, we signed up for it, but we decided that we don't want to honor our contract with them."" ""Since they won't let us out of our contract early we simply aren't accepting the certificates."" So my wife and I not only paid for these gift certificates, invited our families, and were looking forward to a night out, they chose to refuse our business, causing embarassment and losing an entire family's worth of business. I hope nobody else falls victim to their false advertising and terrible customer service!
