Worst experience ever! I do not recommend this contractor. First, contractor has very unprofessional behavior. This contractor has no concept of time. He shows up hours late for work, takes excessive breaks and works days over what is agreed to, this after it takes days to get him to agree to a set installation date. When you point out that time is ticking, he runs back and forth through the house like a 5-year-old. Look to get an excuse for everything, especially when he does not want to complete portions of the job that he agreed to complete. I asked that a vent be installed, which he agreed to install in order to get the job; however, when it came to installing, he refused. He also loves to tell you that there will be more money needed for extras, even though your contract states that the price is based on work completed. Second, does not clean up after himself. Never in all three days of the ?two day project?, was my house left in live able condition. Lightbulbs were broken, mountains of dust and debris were left, etc. It took me days after completion remove all of the dust, hang all of the pictures back up, etc. The walls are still scuffed up and the hot and cold on the ?well built? shower are backwards.
Then the host website (ServiceMagic dot com) does not even let me rate this contractor on their own website.
