Review content:
We purchased flooring though All Surface rather than a much larger supplier because we wanted to help a small buisness in our area. What a mistake!
These guys are basically running a commercial floor installation business that sells to residential customers, but does not place any importance on the residentail component of their buisness.
The price for our flooring was very competative and the staff was nice; however, that all ended after they had our payment. Getting your product from these guys is like pulling teeth. We were lied to on multiple occations so that we had to delay our installers three times. When we finally got our delivery, it was missing items that we had to contine to pursue. Furthermore, certain items were not supplied with the features described prior to purchase.
I would never do business for a residental purchase with this company.
