We traveled to San Antonio to go to Sea World and decided to book 2 rooms..When we got to hotel they were booked up and informed me i had only booked one room..I did ask for a manager but was ignored and was not even given a discount. We stayed in one room with 5 kids the whole weekend..They did have breakfast every morning and the staff was nice but they could have given a discount for the mix up...
Pros: kids loved indoor pool
Cons: No management on duty at night
