Businiess name:  Seabridge Bathing Walk In Tubs

Review content:
I contacted this dealer for my parents because he was fairly local to their home. He was friendly up front but in the end when we told him we could not use his services he pushed and argued. I explained before he came that we were interested in comparing a standard walk in tub to a lesser model. We even discussed the model and that it should be less expensive etc. He drove up to my parents hauling a trailer with a ""mobile showroom"" consisting of two tubs in a trailer (a trailer which he had no clue how to pull or handle. I had to back it out of our driveway for him). Those were the models he was pushing. After extensive conversation we clearly stated that we wanted two quotes, one on the model he favored and one on a much lesser model that seemed to be a good compromise between my mother's needs, father's wishes and price. Mr. Schrader sent a quote on the tub he favored but did not send the quote on the other tub. I emailed him back requesting the other quote. He sent it finally and it was much higher than his competitors. I told him no thank you. He proceeded to send me information on other products that had nothing to do with my parents needs. I told him that he obviously did not recall what my parents needed and that we were done. He then sent a very rude email implying that we rejected his quotes because we could not afford his product (not true) saying that his mistake was in not ascertaining our budget first. He accused us of wanting a tub in an unrealistic budget (again not true we wanted a comparison to a lesser model). He then wished us luck finding a decent product on the internet that would have its warranty voided when we had improperly licensed tradesmen install it. He should have just walked away at the first no thank you. There are other reputable dealers/installers in the Atlanta area that can do the job. This guy cannot gracefully take no for an answer.
