Bob from Carpet-N-More was fantastic! It didn't feel like he was a sales guy, and I can't stand sales guys! He was very honest about everything, and I appreciated his honesty. He's one of the nicest people I've dealt with.
The installation part I was not as thrilled with, just because of the staples left on the ground that we stepped on. It looks very, very nice, but, typical for workers in Vegas, the installers were mediocre. They left nails up and down the stairs, so I had to go through the house with a fine-toothed comb to get them all up. The installation looks nice; in their defense, they did a great job on that. They worked on it for two days, and they probably wanted to get out of the house, but the installation looks nice. It was just some shoddy work afterward. They did bring out a vacuum cleaner to clean up, but their mess, but of course that didn't work, so that's the only thing I could complain about.
