I was completely surprised by this florist. Having had problems with florists in major cities before, Holly Wood and Vine completely exceeded expectations. I had sent funeral flowers and my now-fired florist sent them from Kircher's, the competition to this firm. Needless to say, I was sadly dissapointed when I got to the viewing and saw the DREADFUL arrangement Kircher's sent. I had specified NO CARNATIONS and they completely ignored that. The dull staff they had made no attempt to make it right, so I left the arrangement sit in their showroom and went down the street, having passed HollyWood and Vine. My experience there was 180 degrees opposite. I was greeted by the owner who listened to what I wanted and put together an absolute showpiece with Ecuadorian Roses (I didn't know you could get them in rural Ohio) and with other accompaniments that made a beautiful tribute. I have since done business there several times as I now live in the area and have never been let down. They go out of their way to make things right every time. Job well done to this friendly, professional, family owned staff. Service like this went out of style about 35 years ago - nice to know it exists somewhere and in my home town!!!
