A good or fantastic steak dinner can only happen when the filet is cut expertly. Jimmy Spoto has been in the restaurant bussiness since I moved to St.Pete in 1976 and, he was probably in business before that.
I ordered a filet and it was nothing short of sensational.Look out Berns; this place is better. The meat was so succulent and tasteful; I didn't even need my knife to cut it. Ambience was warm and inviting. The service was first rate and helpful. Jimmy knows a thing or two about making great side dishes to compliment your main course. ST.Petersburgs best and foremost eatery.....SPOTO'S!!!!!
