I am not a share holder but work for many who are This HOA is run illegally and immorally. The Canadians are taking away the rights of Americans. They have no clue about anything. The board is one person who speaks french . The board is not a board it should be dismantled. if you move here you are nuts. The place is CRAP. Just look at all the for sale signs to get out.Go somewhere else where you will be happy. It is like a CANADIAN GHETTO in south st pete.buyer beware! They do not even get permits to build and they are sneaky awful people who run this place.nobody speaks english and are not too swift. stay away.
