Mr. Jacobsen. My wife and I were first completely demolished with a major water probem in our condo, forcing us to rebuild a complete new kitchen. And then we met you and you really created a friendly connection and a great sensation of being with us to find the best solution. The final result is a complete new remodeled kitchen of what I could say it is the work of an artist. The extreme courtesy of bringing more to a complete satisfaction. This project was absolutely unique and full of competence, in a sense that almost all communication and decision were made on a remote process: either by e-mail, phone and taking picture with a camera. Incredibly, final results were still astonishing, even if we had to return in Quebec early, while the job was done correctly during our absence. Thank you for a perfect job.
