No more smile in service, at a rate in excess of $90/hour for labor one would think you were soliciting a professional service. The level of care, craftsmanship, and knowledge has fallen to that of your local "repair guy!" Did I mention, $800 for a 60k check-up, doesn't include radiator flush, fuel filter, or something as basic as new wipers. Do spark plugs, a serpentine belt (not pulley) and air filters really cost $800+? Roberti, Inc. and team are no longer an advocate for the consumer. Prescribing tires that wear out in just 17-18k miles. Having no thought of recommending and installing the same tire product three times at a rate in excess of $600 per set of four. When I raised seeking an alternative, there were more intelligent answers. It pays ($1800+) to navigate the waters yourself when immersed in the Roberti monthly Service Billing Goals! There was a time when a man was selling cars on the side of a road and his word held true. Ten + years later the words have stopped and no longer is the mantra. "Take Care of the Customer and the Profits will come." Rather, it is now one that ignores the needs of the client and relishes in the fact that a broken vehicle = power, thus holding the consumer as an economic hostage.Too BAD!!! Stay away from ROBERTI MOTOR CAR!!!! If you want to buy from America's Largest SAAB dismantler, go to Roberti. Did I mention my SID, OnSTAR, and other parts were swapped, and 5-fingered from the Roberti, Inc. Inventory? The part is new, we just "pulled it" from the Certified 03 next to yours:-) R U KIDDING, STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Last chance, if you want friends, family, and colleagues to jeer you as to how many miles your SAAB has vertical versus horizontal...then buy from Roberti SAAB, Inc.ROBERTI_SAAB-NO MORE!!!!!!!!!!ROBERTI_SAAB-NO MORE!!!!!!!!!!ROBERTI_SAAB-NO MORE!!!!!!!!!!ROBERTI_SAAB-NO MORE!!!!!!!!!!ROBERTI_SAAB-NO MORE!!!!!!!!!!ROBERTI_SAAB-NO MORE!!!!!!!!!!ROBERTI_SAAB-NO MORE!!!!!!!!!! Pros: Many SAABS Cons: Roberti SAAB IS NOT AN ADVOCATE FOR THE CUSTOMER. BEWARE!$$$$$$$$$
