Review content:
I read the other reviews and I could not believe that I had alot of the same problems they had experienced. Each time I went in there was different staff and no one could help me with what needed to be done. I often felt alone and I was struggling to get my meds then I would finally give up and go see my regular doctor. I felt ignored by the staff and was left in the waiting room or the exam room for long periods of time. Everytime I had requested my labs, I was never given the complete results. They was usually something missing or forgotten. Then they would want me to do another test. I found this to be very bothersome and annoying. I got very frustrated with the quality of service. This office was highly recommended, but when I got their I wondered why. I don't think the staff was too concerned with me and ignored me the whole time I was in the waiting room. I could not be seen on a Saturday as I requested due to my work schedule. Even though I was told that they had Saturday appointments and that would not be a problem. So I was forced to take an entire day off of work because it took several hours.
Pros: Doctor was informative but somewhat rude
Cons: the staff and they handling of my lab work
