I had my birthday there this year and it was a nightmare. We informed the President that we would have about 30 people coming in on a Saturday night about 3 weeks in advance. To make a long story short. 2 of the servers had very bad attitudes. They did not have the area set up for enough people. No one got the right food. One of the servers had such a bad attitude he made one of my friends cry. On top of all that, the President did nothing but make excuses for his staff. He would not return any phone calls and seems to care less. The fact that the view is of a Rehab, homeless shelter, and housing projects doesn?t help either. I also know a few promotion companies that had this past weekend booked months in advance. Apparently they had the place triple booked because the President once again just stopped returning phone calls and rented out the place to a totally different promoter.
