Worst Service Ever! Do NOT rent your limo from them!
We rented a limo from them for our wedding & they came an hour late & refuse to give us a refund. The guy told us that if we didn't pay the full price he was going to drive away. By that time we were the only one at the church waiting for them so we had no alternative but to get into the limo. Because of their terrible service we were unable to take wedding photos at the destination we had picked out or else we would have been late to our own reception.
We called the owner & he refuses to do anything. The guy said that we gave him the address to our home, but why the heck would we do that when we were at church at that time??!!! They seriously need to check their call log. The worst customer service ever. I intend to take them to court & file massive complaints against them. We paid over $5k for photos & because of them we didn't have it at my dream destination nor the allotted time scheduled for it!
