Review content:
The funny thing about reviews online is that no one feels the need to write a good review when they don't have a personal problem with someone they are seeing. Unfortunately most of the reviews anyone will find consist of poor, irrational, quick judgments based on a one time personal experience which they feel is absolutely necessary to share with the world to not seek help from a specific office or individual. How dare you make the quick judgment of calling this practice as well as their doctors worthless, arrogant, uncaring, and unprofessional. You weren't able to get an appointment, correct? So how are you able or capable of making an accurate opinion on an office that you've only had the unfortunate experience of not getting an appointment with on your own schedule. I've got to say everyone's perception on what is an appropriate time to wait for an appointment is absolutely out of this world. This is an extreme specialists office and expecting a call back within a 24-48 hour period as well as an appointment the next day is not only unrealistic but ridiculous! Please be reasonable and call around to other offices to realize that they will be the same way. Having to wait a few weeks for an initial appointment is absolutely normal here in Tucson as well as within a very specific specialty area. I do not work for Western Neurosurgery but can absolutely tell you that I've had nothing but a good experience with them. How naive of you to judge a practice based off of your interaction with the office staff. Do us all a favor and think twice about your responses and pre-conceived notions about a practice when you don't even have the luxury of saying you've personally met with them! No actual interaction with the practice does not allow for you to make such an absurd review. And spare us all... Are you a relative of the person below, or better yet the same person?? What a joke.
