I bought a new car 5 years ago and haven't stopped receiving junk mail from them yet. Then recently I received a letter from a lawyer saying I didn't pay my Cook County Use Tax on my car I bought from them 5 YEARS AGO!! After calling and speaking to MIKE ARMSTRONG I was told to give him a couple days to take care of this. A month passes and I have called and emailed Mike several times with not a single response. A packet shows up at my house with proof that I paid my Use Tax. BUT there is no explanation to what was done with this information, what I should now do with the information. Not anything explaining the packet. I called the office manager and left a message and never received a call back. So finally after I call her AGAIN she explains that they mailed the same information to the lawyer and I should call him. I just had to share because there never should have been the screw up in the first place and then I can't even get a phone call or email back to explain it to me!!! So good luck with this dealership, Folks!
