Review content:
It may initially be confusing because this place is attached to a steak house. It's one of those places when you walk in, the boozers give you an elevator stare down from the bar and get back to their ESPN. Once you're over that, you are seated in a mahogany-heavy, crispy starch clothed dining room. Wait staff are all attentive and well-trained. The menu is fairly extensive. You can satisfy both the all-American carnivore and the Asian fusion afficionado at the same time. The wine list is not bad, either. If you don't want to make the drive into downtown New Haven, this is a welcoming and solid find.
Pros: solid quality of food and superb service
Cons: boozers giving a stare down when you walk in
