Buying a home here is not worth it if you are looking for an HOA that cares about you. I am a new homeowner and I recently have had some problems with them. They were being extremely rude to me. I asked them whether they cared about resident satisfaction and this was a quote from the community manager ""it's not about making the residents happy, but it's about doing what the board of directors want."" I just thought this was very rude, and not worth paying the $1700 a year association dues. If you are interested in a house in this community, please proceed with caution.
