Review content:
I have lived here since 2000 and this has to be the worst run home owners association ever. The hoa will not allow renters, they prefer home owners forclose and further lower our property value. Our outrageous dues go to a crooked resident/attorney, that serves on the board, an unlicensed property manager and a fleet of rental cops that ticket cars that block sidewalks overnight. It really is ridiculous and out of control. I too am researching legal avenues, as it is only a matter of time before someone sues and we the home owners are going to suffer.
