SP Management is a completely incompetent company. The company is run by a ""yes man"" that can't make any decisions on his own. I have had several issues with this second rate company. Our association had an issue, and during my discussion the rep told me that he is ""tired of handling this."" ISN'T THAT YOUR JOB? By all means if you are looking at a property under their control please think twice.
