We're new in Nevada and I needed a mechanic for my 7 year old car. I needed to pass the NV smog test and I found Asian Imports online. Seemed like a good choice.
Took my car there and they gave me an estimate for nearly $4,000 to get my car to pass the smog test. (for some reason they also included new headlight lenses?????) Couldn't afford that, nor would I put that much money into a 7 year old car. A new friend recommended a shop near Nellis AFB so I drove from Summerlin to Nellis Rd and had it repaired and it passed the smog test for $430.
Normally, I would let this go. But when there's a difference of over $3,500 there's something wrong. Don't trust 'em, don't go there or be prepared to be ripped off big time.
