Review content:
All the workers are shady here, they gave me a used phone and kept saying they would give me a free case but it was always on back order! They also promised to give me referral credits ($25 per person), but they never did and tried to convince me there was a problem on T-mobiles website and they did the best they could for 2 months! I complained to T-mobile and was told Banana wireless never even tried to credit my account, nothing was submitted about referrals. Everytime I came to talk to Diane, she always acted like she didn't know anything and the other guy was simply rude! My sister had a worse incident there and none of us will return!
Cons: bad service, lazy, shady and dishonest workers
