Review content:
My family was having issues with Verizon's customer service so we looked around to switch. We randomly went to banana and got a great deal on phones for the whole family. Not only that the sales person was helpful in finding a way to get out of Verizon contracts.
We went home and read all the horrible reviews on this site and naturally were scared out of our minds. We went back and wanted everything in some kind of writing and the sales person was nothing but understanding and helpful and went out of her way to prove to us that these reviews weren't true.
They are quick about getting back to you on your questions and they are endlessly helpful even after they have your money. Whatever went on before with the other customers is a shame, but they are definitely making strides to change that image because I am nothing short of grateful with how helpful they have been to me.
