Came across Banana wireless because I was looking for a Tmobile dealer. I bought a cleaning soft case and ordered two gel cases and two battery extenders for the mytouch that just came out. Diane told me she'd call me the items will come in within a week and that she would call me. Order was placed 09/16/2009 today is 10/21/2009. I have been calling them since a week after but no answer. After two weeks of waiting I decided to stop by at the store to see what's going on. The rep there had no clue what was going on. My order wasn't even submitted in the database. He called DIANE and spoke in Chinese which I understood...She told him she forgot all about it. He told me they were putting in the order right away and that she will be calling me within another week. He told me I couldn't get my money back since the owner isn't there and Diane isn't there to cut the check for me. Its been a week and a half since then, I called yesterday irate about everything and spoke to a HANK supposedly they didn't even bother searching for that item to put an order in. He told me to wait another week since he just ordered it for me and also told me I wouldn't be able to get my money back since the owner is out of the country. With a month and a half wasted I should have just ordered my stuff through TMOBILE's website. Pros: N/A Cons: EVERYTHING
