Avoid these people at all costs! I lived in the Morton complex (near Reaney Park) and the apartment was so dirty. Mold grew near the dryer and balcany door, BEFORE I even moved in. I didn't notice it at first, but if you were close to it, you can definitely smell the mold. The customer service is also poor. They act all nice, but they'll charge you $72 if you were a couple of hours late on the rent payment. They also don't contact you if you have a late fee on your account, so if you didn't know you even had that $72 late fee, they will add another late fee of $72 each month. Yup, they like to trick you like that. They love robbing innocent people of their money. They didn't decide to tell me I had a late fee until 4 months later, when the late fee already added up to $288, I tried reasoning with them that I had no idea that I even had a late fee, but all they said was, ""It's not our responsibility to tell you that you have a late fee. It's in your lease."" I hope these people get sued.
