Went to Providence Grille for Valentines day. Became very sick after eating the Crab CAKE! Everyone else was fine, but I became violently ill suddenly. I only ate a small amount of this meal! I had to have intravenous fluids and anti nausea drugs to help alleviate the pain of this food poisoning. Crabcakes are usually cooked very well done! Well some are sensitive to seafood and shell fish! Not sure what occurred or how it could happen at such a lovely restaurant.! Hoping to hear back from the owner shortly!!!!! Keep u updated!!!! Please tell the waitress there to have your shellfish cooked thoroughly!!!!Overdone!!!!PLEASE! THIS ILLNESS WAS NO JOKE! Hospitalization was necessary!!!!
