Review content:
Like another user posted, take an entire look of the facility before you decide to board there. It is the LAST place I would want my dog staying for an extended period of time. Maybe my dog is spoiled, but the conditions at ""top notch?"" are poor compared to others out there. The front room is very misleading. Also, it's only about five dollars cheaper than cleaner, well-lit facilities. Your dog is in complete darkness all night. There is no staff at night. Sure, there are ""suites"" but they are very limited and the rest are SMALL cages (even if they are ""XL""). Even the big ones are small, considering your dog gets about an hour of playtime a day--if that. I picked up my dog two days early, and she was clearly out of it. I signed the waiver just to get out of that place.
Yes, you can dog get your in at short notice. It is convenient, and it is cheap. That's about all they have going for themselves COMPARED TO OTHER PLACES.
p.s. The owners seem VERY responsive to the reviews on other websites, don't they? Sure, they have the right to defend themselves, but the supposed ""bathroom material"" they use still isn't clean. I've seen it! It's just not! How are they going to tell other reviewers it's perfectly clean when I personally could see that it wasn't?
