Review content:
I went into this Subway store to purchase a footlong breakfast sandwich with my husband. We purchased an egg, cheese, and ham on flatbread. I asked the sandwich artist to hold the ham on one side of the sandwich, and everything else was the same for the sandwich in every other respect. At the end, I was charged for two 6"" sandwiches rather than one footlong sandwich, which is $1.50 more. WHY WOULD I BE CHARGED FOR MORE MONEY FOR SAVING YOU MONEY ON HAM??? I asked them to re-do my sandwich by adding in the ham to the other side, and return my money and recharge me for the footlong. Since I'm a vegetarian, I of course pulled the ham out and threw it out afterwards (no thanks to your store for wasting ham, which is also an animal rights issue). I think it's absolutely ridiculous to have this type of policy!!! It makes no sense what-so-ever! And it wastes everyone's time. My husband and I eat at Subway regularly at various franchises several times a week, but I am gladly going to TAKE MY BUSINESS TO MCDONALDS OR OTHER FAST FOOD RESTAURANT INSTEAD!!! I understand that you are trying to force us to purchase two 6"" sandwiches to earn our money, but then don't offer footlong deals to earn customers and then slap them in the face this way! It only angers and turns customers away to be treated with such disrespect! Especially in this type of economy! You have lost me as a customer forever, and you can count on me sharing this information with all my friends and family.
