Review content:
Action plumbing advertised in March 2011 that they do vent cleaning. They came out and covinced us to buy a furnace, air conditioning and plumbing inspection for several times the vent cleaning offer. They came out and cut a hole in the venting by the furnace to do the vent cleaning. Their inspector came out later in the day and claimed the furnace needed to be replaced due to its age and that it is in poor condition. The part they claimed to be in poor condition was not in poor condition. They sold this service and inspection guarantee as a method of selling us a furnace we do not yet need. For some reason the air conditioner which had been working fine the previous fall was now out of freon. I paid someone else to service it. I will never use them again. Luckily I did not fall for their line.
