Review content:
I was given incorrect directions to this establishment twice. While that alone would not warrant me to rate them so poorly, the wickedness of the owner blew me away. She did not apologize for her blatant stupidity when I arrived, and again this was a forgivable offense. I presented her with a document for notarization as well as the specific instructions for how to complete the form. Instead of listening to me, she conducted a conversation with another individual in the store while I stood and watched her destroy my document with a signature in the wrong field, her stamp over an area that needed to be completed, and additional information incorrectly copied. When I pointed these things out to her, she replied that it wasn't her problem and turned her back on me. I reminded her of the instructions (which she still refused to look at) and told her that I would need to find a new, clean document for notarization. She asked me if I knew what a notary did (yes, I am one) and again said that it wasn't her problem and not her job (uh, yeah... it is). She was rude, disrespectful, short, mean, spiteful, and angry even when I first walked in and continued through the rest of the visit. Please don't use her services, she needs a lesson.
Cons: Terrible customer service
