I decided to try Dales for the first time and really wish I read the reviews before going. Tonight I ordered the Saag, Pakara, Naan, Lentil Soup ($42). The Saag was like cheap cream spinach. I spit out the first bite. The naan was burned and the Pakaras were old and reheated. It was terrible. When we called back to complain they screened our number, SO, we called from another number and picked up on the first ring. We just called to complain and didn't demand anything except to be respected as a customer. The guy argued with us and didn't apologize once. Really sad. Do yourself a favor and go down the road to Sitar or Saffron's.
