Dined @ SB's on 1-29-11. Service was slow, although I think this was due to poor staffing. The dining room we were in had 1 waitress, and our group, alone, had around 30 people.
Food: the worst.
Fried, fried, and fried. Yeast rolls were deep-fried. No kidding. One bite, and oil ooozed out into your mouth.
Inedible. When I asked for a roll that hadn't been fried, I was told that this was all they had.
Red beans and rice were overcooked to the point of being mush.
Will NEVER eat there again.
