I broke a window (outer pane only) in the front of my house that needed to be replaced. In addition we had recently added an screened porch witch prevented three additional windows from opening (all 4 were crank windows that opened out). They came out and gave us a quote on all 4 windows (3 of them being converted to sliders and one remaining a crank). The salesman took pictures and even made some phone calls back to the office to make sure they would be able to replace the blocked windows).
We were told the crank window would be identical, and from the outside you can't tell the difference, however, the crank and the locks on the window are not the same. It is clear when you look at the other windows that this one had been replaced.
It took longer than I would have liked to receive my windows, but they were delivered within the promised time frame. The windows were custom made and fit perfectly.
We are in a close community and Premier was recommended to us from several of our neighbors....can't get a better recommendation than that.
