Review content:
Premier just finished installing 12 new windows in our home. We got 4 estimates on triple pane windows before making our decision and were impressed with the presentation by Jake. I admit we were a little nervous at first given some of the negative reviews, but after seeing their Better Business Bureau rating and speaking with Jake we were comfortable with Premier.
The installation crew showed up at about 8:30am and got to work right away. They did have some trouble removing one of the old windows and some glass got on the floor. I was worried I would have to clean it but the crew vacuumed and cleaned everything before they left.
The crew was very nice, worked hard and did a great job. I can already hear the difference as the triple pane glass blocks out most of the noise from our busy intersection.
We didn't have any problems with scheduling and the process from start to finish was explained to our satisfaction. From the start of the process to the end of installation Premier was professional and performed good workmanship. We're happy with our choice in Premier and would recommend their services.
