NOTICE TO ALL who understand there are two sides to any story - I think that all of these websites that are allowing negative comments and ratings, should contact the dealer and allow a rebuttal on behalf of the dealership. There are a minority of people that no matter how hard you try, you couldn't please. Respectable dealerships such as Glidden Auto Sales have hundreds of thank you cards displayed in a large book in their waiting room . It takes more time and consideration to write a note or a letter and drop it in the mail, than it takes for people to hide and type behind the scenes using the internet to express feelings that can be misdirected, and may not be valid.
