Review content:
When I first arrived to see the car the owner said that safety was his primary concern and that when they have the mechanic look at a car they make sure all safety issues are fixed. So I took the car out for a test drive and it was OK. I then took it to Midas in Natick and they told me the right inner tie rod needed to be replaced and that this was a major safety concern! The other problem that I had noticed was that the rear defroster did not work properly. The dealership was only willing to fix the tie rod if I payed the asking price for the car!! If I wanted to bargain they would not fix a major safety concern! I bought the car and yes they replaced the tie rod and they fixed the rear defroster. Replacing a tie rod requires an alignment to be done. I bought the car on Wednesday and they told me they would get the car registered on Thursday. I asked them to fax me the registration on Friday morning. I mentioned this five times to both owners! On Friday morning I call and an employee tells me that they do not yet have the registration that they will get it Friday night. Almost immediately I noticed that the steering wheel was not straight when the car was going straight (The wheel was about 10 degrees to the left when the car went straight). The car also pulled to the left. I took it to Midas in Framingham and had an alignment done. They said that the mechanic probably just used the old fashioned chalk lines instead of a computerized alignment and probably drove the car a bit and thought it was OK and delivered it. But they said an alignment was DEFINITELY not done!!!
Pros: Below average place
Cons: Do not stand behind their promises and are not professional
