I contacted them based on some recommendation. My travel involved going to Singapore and then to India. I promptly sent an e-mail with all the details of my travel. Nobody called me. I called them and they said somebody will call me in 45 minutes. After 2-3 hours, I called them again. Talked to a person named Ramesh. He never received my e-mail so I had to explain my itinerary. Once he heard Singapore, he said, they don't deal with Singapore airlines, 'thank you' and hung up!
I called them again and tried to talk to him. He said, send the detailed e-mail again with Attn: Ramesh in the title. Sent the e-mail. No response.
This is my experience. Hope it is useful to others who are planning to deal with this company.
