These guys are cheats, never buy tickets from them. I purchased a ticket that I had to unfortunately get canceled. I talked to the agent at Alanita who told me that for a certain fee, I can get complete refund. This information turned to be completely false as the airlines did not issue a complete refund and took out their own charges. Alanita made money by giving false information to me. When I tried contacting the agency, the agents were totally not helpful and did not provide a response to the false information.
