Review content:
I thought my first bad experience was a fluke when I dined here during the week because of all the good reviews I'd read. The server took our order and didn't come back for 15 minutes. When he did arrive, he informed us that the kitchen was out of almost everything and we all had to change our orders. What's a sushi restaurant without any fish??!! And as I said, we had already waited 15 minutes for our meals!! Our second choices came out incorrect. When we didn't see our server for another 15 minutes, we ate it anway. When we pulled aside another server to ask for a manager they informed us there was not one on duty. Hmmm... no one in charge. Part of the problem? Maybe. I wanted to give them another chance. Went back the next week, food came out with wasabi on the sushi (I specifically requested none). Solution according to the server: Pick it off yourself, the kitchen is very busy right now. Bistro Wasabi is expensive. I believe you should get what you pay for. I was not about to pick apart 9 peices of sushi before I could eat them. So all in all my second visit turned out to be every bit as disappointing as the first. They say third time's a charm, but I just can't afford to try.
