Sushi J Express is my favorite sushi restaurant in the Prescott/Prescott Valley area for a variety of reasons.
First, they have amazing sushi! Everything is so fresh and the experienced staff really know what they're doing. My favorites are the Caterpillar, Dragon and Shrimp Tempura.
Second, they're very convenient! Yes, they are a small restaurant with only 2 tables (at my last visit) but because the owner, Justin, is so friendly I've build a rapport with him and can call ahead and have my sushi ready and waiting for me when I get there. How's that for convenience?!
Third, the prices are amazing! Don't be fooled thinking your getting a deal buying pre-made sushi at the grocery store. Sushi J Express prices are very reasonable and your sushi is made fresh, right before your eyes!
Last, the owners & staff. They owners are on site daily and are very friendly and helpful and the staff is always wonderful.
I go as often as I can!
