I just want to tell everyone about my experience with this company. I placed an order for a Vineyard's Vine tie(for my fiance to wear at our wedding) that I could only find at Hollingstons Llc... I emailed to see when I would be receiving it. NO ANSWER. I called to talk to someone. NO ANSWER. I emailed again and what do you know, NO ANSWER. I found a different # and spoke to the owner's brother...apparently and was told I would get an answer. WELL another MONTH has gone by and NOTHING.
Worst customer service I've ever encountered. I would never do business with these people. I'd give them zero stars but it won't let me.
