I paid $99 for a full detail on my car. There was little effort to remove the insects on front bumper, wheels were left dirty, a soft drink had splattered on a door frame and it was completely missed. But, what really soured me about the service was the fact that a very nice umbrella was stolen from me. I'd already decided to avoid them for future mediocre service, but after talking to two supervisers about just the umbrella issue, I was told that the umbrella was never in the car in the first place. The last thing I did before dropping my car off was to place everything in a basket in the trunk. The umbrella that was in the back pocket of the driver's seat was one of those things. Someone stole it and apparently everyone that works there condones theft.
