Review content:
I signed my daughter and our neighbor for ballet/tap class, where I paid in full for two semesters, recital at the end plus costume. The neighbor elected to make monthly payments. Neither child liked the class so I dis-enrolled them with a courtesy 30 day notice; however, my neighbor no longer has to pay and is out about $100. They flat-out refuse to give me any money back, well over $1000, and despite my many phone calls to them over a month's time, the owner fhas not returned my call. It is against the law to withhold this money because no contract, no matter what it says, is to treat two customers two different ways. Unfortunately, I now have to go through the trouble of filing a small claims suit.
