This is a review of ""Complete Landcare, Inc."". This review is my opinion and I am not speaking for the board of director's of our association.
I am a resident of Greenfield Midrises Condominiums in Carrollwood Village, North/West Tampa, Florida. Our property has been maintained for more than two years by Complete Landcare, Inc. When we contracted with them to do our lawn, our lawn and grounds were not in very good shape. After more than two years with Complete Landcare, our property is in even worse shape than when they took over the property. We have an extensive dollar weed problem, areas of our lawn that are completely gone and taken over with finely manicured weeds. We have fallen leaves from magnolia trees that have not been picked up for months. Rather than pick up fallen leaves, some are just blown up onto the grass. If we make a complaint to Complete Landcare, they will give a little extra effort the next time they come out but don't continue that effort nor eliminate the source of the complaint. We are in the process of terminating their contract. I would recommend that anyone in need of land care services steer clear of Complete Landcare, Inc.
