Strongly agree with mds02's opinion.
The Wood Ranch restaurant that I went to was in Camarillo. I should have known it was a bad idea to go eat here when I noticed the the restaurant is right next to a Mortuary.
Anyway, customer service was okay. A little slow, but some what polite, which could also deserve best acting for being polite. Btw, how long does it take get some napkins and how many people do you have to tell to get it for you? Hoenstly too much hype for WR on their food.
Speaking of the food, don't try their barbeque chicken. Its really dry. Recipe tip for WR: Marinate!!! Don't just barbeue the chicken and spread barbeque all over it. I could have done that at home.
My first and last time I wil go here!!!
Pros: Steak was okay
Cons: Bad Customer Service, Next to a Mortuary, Chicken is dry
