What a joke. I mean, come on, it doesn't take a whole lot to run an apartment complex. I couldn't believe it when I moved in! Dead rodents behind the refridgerator, dead moths in the cupboards, and what looked like sexual body fluids on the floor of the bathroom. The carpet was nasty (I constantly discovered numerous fingernail clippings from previous occupants). But enought about the apartment--I think you get the idea. Now let's talk about the staff. The maintanance staff were constantly sitting around in the shop playing cards and not doing their job. One girl fell on ice on the Timer Ridge sidewalk and broke her arm at the same time that they were sitting around doing nothing. The manager is a flabby, money-hungry little runt. She is the rudest (and smelliest) person around. One day a couple years ago when I was talking to her, she must have queefed or something. I'll never forget that smell...still makes me wrench to this very day. Oh, and did I mention the noise levels in this place. It's pretty much a slum...very, very low income (many immigrant) families. Speakers are blasting 24 hours a day. And the staff doesn't care. The cops do...they give people tickets (a lot of them) but even they are getting pretty tired of cleaning up the Timber Ridge managers' mess. Thinking of moving in here in Fall 2007? If you value your health and dignity, you will look elsewhere. Pros: Plenty of dead rodents in case you ever run out of food. Cons: Pneumonia, SARS, AIDS, and herpes are easy to catch around Timber Ridge.
